CONTEXTUAL CONTROLS

When selected, each different type of asset will display some additonal contextual controls.

OBJECTS

Selecting an Object will display the following options:

Since v1.1.1.1, selecting an object on the map will display its name and pack in the bottom right corner.

WALLS

Selecting a Wall will display the following options:

  • Possibility to merge two walls that meet (selecting two walls with click + 🡅 SHIFT will display the Merge Walls button)

  • Replacing the wall type by another one (choose in the list)

  • Changing the color of the wall (see Custom Color Palette)

  • Turning ON or OFF the wall's default Shadow

PORTALS

Selecting a Portal will display the following options:

  • Turning ON or OFF the Block Light feature

  • Replacing the portal type by another one from the list

PATHS

Selecting an Path will display the following options:

LIGHTS

Selecting an Light will display the following options:

Light Range

If you want to change the radius of a light source, you'll need drag the dotted line around it.

This is the only tool where the blue selection box doesn't affect the size.

PATTERNS

Selecting an Pattern will display the following options:

ROOFS

For some reason, there's no contextual tool for Roofs.


  • Colour And Modify Things adds recolor options and more controls and options for paths and patterns

  • Essential Utils adds infos on the selected assets

  • Minor Utils adds sorting buttons for walls and keyboard shortcuts for sorting and layer management

  • Move Walls adds the ability to move walls and rooms' content

  • Nudge allows you to move selected assets with your keyboard

  • Search & Select lets you select several assets on the map based on keywords
