Visual settings, levels and trace image overlay

The name of this tab can be a little misleading, as it covers some things that are clearly settings, and some other that are a bit different. You will find here the Map Settings tool (some visual options), the Levels Settings tool (allows to make multi-level maps) and the Trace Image tool (adds an overlay of your choice so you can trace it).
